It feels like it’s been ages since I’ve done a true Friday Favorites post! I usually take most of my Friday Favorites pictures over the weekend, but I put my phone down almost the whole weekend. So while I’m missing some good recent pictures of the kids, it was good for my mental health to not feel like I had to document every thing we did.
It feels like for as long as Harrison has been walking, he’s been obsessed with soccer. Kicking the soccer ball, playing soccer with his Dad (and occasionally, reluctantly with his Mom, although it’s very clear that I am not the preferred soccer opponent in the house), and shouting GOAAAAALLL! We had planned for him to do a little soccer class this spring, but then, #COVID. So he’s finally getting to play soccer this fall and he LOVES it. He tells us each weekend that he’s going to go play “soccer with the little kids.”
Are you guys watching Yellowstone?! If not, I’d suggest you check it out ASAP. So good and addicting!
Even though my Chiefs lost this past weekend, Harrison picked out both of the boys’ outfits. (Their dad was less than impressed as a Denver Broncos fan.)
I bought two new pairs of booties from my favorite little store. I love love love these booties! They don’t easily fall off or get kicked off like socks, and they look like little fancy shoes! I use them especially during the fall and winter from when the kids were born to twelve months, when they start walking and need real shoes.
These are getting gifted to two new mamas!
I shared earlier this week how I refreshed my gardening pots for the fall to add some autumn color. The coneflowers against the deep purple sweet potato vine and bright yellow are some of my favorites right now. 🙂
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
