The number of Amazon boxes that show up at this house could be considered embarrassing. The ease of two day shipping and literally what seems like anything available, makes it a no-brainer for a working mama. This…
This is me. I am a Prime addict. And Nathan makes fun of me for it – but as long as they keep making my life easier, you bet we are here for it. I Prime what seems like everything these days. Wipes? Two days. Cool toy I see another mama has at the pool? Two days. Granola bars? Two days. Amazon has made so many things in life just so easy. Here’s a few of the things that have been making life better around here lately.
We were in need of an iPad case that was toddler friendly for our Boston trip. I read so many reviews and finally settled on this one. I LOVE it. The handle makes it easy for any of us to carry – including little man. Not to mention that it feels indestructible without adding a ton of weight.
We’ve been getting so much use out of this hat this summer. It’s easy to adjust, breathable, and comes in so many adorable colors and patterns! I’ve been so happy with it (thanks, Kendra for the recommendation!), that I think I’ve told all of my mama friends how much we love it.
Also – that bucket in the picture above. If you could LOVE a bucket, it would be that one. Weird, right? We loved it so much, we bought it twice. (Honestly, because I thought we had lost it, only to find it a week later in Nathan’s hamper.) But, I WOULD have bought it twice if it was just based on love. I know it sounds crazy – but so many kids buckets are flimsy plastic, and this one is solid, and the absolute perfect size for our a little guy.
As soon as Harrison was big enough to sit in a high chair, and eat off of the table at a restaurant, these were a must. They stick to the table, make easy clean up for the restaurant, and are perfect for the germaphobic mother in me.
But…if someone could just tell me if this “my child puts everything in his mouth” phase ends before the next flu season, that would be most appreciated. 😉
And lastly, this guy:
I’m almost too embarrassed to post this. This is where ALL of the junk congregates in our house, and ALL of the charging cords. Ugh. If somebody has a solution for all of the charging cords – I AM IN DESPERATE NEED. However, this was the last item that I am OBSESSED with – the Amazon Echo Show.
I did an entire post on how much I LOVE the Amazon Echo here. It truly helps so much with so many things! Setting timers, reminding me of things. Not to mention playing music and telling me the weather.
Happy weekend, friends!
Oh yes, we have an embarrassing # of boxes showing up here too!
