Most of you know that Jonathan, our youngest, and his cousin, Holden, were born 12 days apart. So this year, we combined their birthday parties for one big summer blow out! And everyone had so much fun!
We picked a fun 70’s beach shack theme for the boys this year!
In the yard, we set up a wading pool, mister, and bounce house for the kids. And lots of beach balls to kick around and throw. The older kids’ favorite game was trying to throw all of the beach balls out of the bouncer while the adults worked to throw them back in. 😊
I’m pretty sure that the only thing of substance my children ate that night was a pouch. Otherwise, it was heavy on the chips and treats. 😂
The water balloon fighted lasted last than two minutes. But they had so much fun getting each other wet!
The birthday boys! Apparently, at 2 years old, you really can’t be bothered for a picture.
Jonathan was particularly enamored with the re-discovery of his toy car. He spent most of the party getting in and out of it, switching between the two cars…as a two year old does.
And then mid-way through the party, the Kona Ice truck came to serve shaved ice!
Everybody LOVED their shaved ice!
Including my oldest who after finishing his first sno cone and without adult supervision, used his cup to re-fill it with just syrup and drink it straight…😆
Hanging with Aunt Ashton! These boys adore their aunt. 😊
And then it was time for cake! Because the sugar from the sno cones just wasn’t enough, naturally.
We had so much fun celebrating our favorite two year olds!
Hugs for the boy cousins!
Aw, that looks like a wonderful party!!
Thanks! We all had a lot of fun
You & Kendra out did yourselves! Every detail was perfect and the fun everyone had was the proof.
We feel like we have a lot of ground to make up for the Covid babies!
So cute! What a fun party.
It was a lot of fun! For adults and kids, I like to think 🙂
I’m sure!
