Let’s Look…Our Fridge + Pantry Staples

Once a month I link up with two of my favorite blogs (Shay @ Mix and Match Mama and Erika @ A Little Bit of Everything), to share a “look” into some little aspect of our life. Here’s a peak back at what we’ve “looked” at this year:

Today we’re sharing a look into our pantry and fridge. I’m going to share a little about what I find I put in our cart every week to get us through the week. We have the very simple basics of bread and milk. I have thing for Dave’s Killer Bread White Bread Done Right, though. I’m not sure if it’s weird to have a favorite bread, but I will literally go to a different grocery store to procure this bread if Whole Foods is out. 😆

I also always stock up on our “cheese sticks.” This family’s preferred snack, particularly by the adults here, are lots of cheese sticks.

Yogurt is also on the weekly grocery shopping list for myself and Harrison. I’m a fan of the Noosa yogurts. I grab one each morning to eat while I drink my coffee and work through emails. Harrison loves these Stonyfield smoothies each morning.

I usually round out our weekly fridge staples with some fruit. Currently, the house favorites are blueberries and apples…

Our pantry always has…Dots cheese curls. 😳 Just like the pretzels, the cheese curls are addicting.

I also always have a stash of dark chocolate almonds and dark chocolate peanut butter cups. For the moments that mama needs a treat.

We also always have peanut butter Clif bars. Nathan and I opt for one each morning for breakfast. Animal crackers and crackers. Before I had kids, I think we’d go through a sleeve of crackers maybe once every six months. Post-kids, we go through multiple sleeves a week.

We have a standard back stock of pasta, spaghetti sauce, rice, and canned goods as well.

Can’t wait to follow the link up and see what you fridge and pantry looks like as well!
